The upper floor of the gallery is used for storing patterns, while the second floor is used for light machine work, and the lower floor for heavy machine work—this lower floor being controlled by Jib cranes, which also swing out into the central portion, thus delivering, material .from the wings by means of the Jib cranes and the traveling crane to any portion or the Erect¬ ing Room.
